Government buildings require round-the-clock upkeep to remain functional. GoldenRoot Infraworks provides Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and on-call repair services for civil and electrical/mechanical (E&M) issues in staff quarters, offices, and institutional campuses.
Scope of Work
- Civil Repairs: Plastering, flooring replacement, false ceiling repairs, and boundary wall reconstruction.
- Waterproofing: Specialized chemical treatment for terraces, basements, and overhead tanks to prevent leakage.
- Whitewashing: Annual painting and distempering of government quarters and offices.
- Plumbing & Sanitary: Upgradation of washrooms and drainage systems in old government buildings.
